1. How can I get rates?
You need to have a Photo Match account. If you still don't have, please sign up just in a minute.
You have to upload a photo to get rates. After you uploaded a photo, our moderators will review, then you will start getting rates.
You can upload your photo either while signing up or at your settings page.
2. Web site didn't take my photo. How do I make it work?
This issue may happen either because of photograph terms or because of unclear group photos.
Please make sure that your photo is clear for everyone and does not contain any violence elements. And also the size of your photo must be under 5 MB.
3. Do I have to be a member to get rates?
Yes. You can simply be a member of Photo Match. It is free and easy.
4. Some of my friends created accounts. How can I see their photos and ratings?
Every match has a unique url. That means when you login to system and enter mypage section, you will see your match. Please click "see details" link you want to see details of that match.
You can simply send that link to your friend, so they can see your photos and ratings.
5. After I uploaded a photo, I see a page that displays "Page Not Found" or something like that. What's the problem?
This problem may occur when your photo is taking too long while uploading. Your photo may be too big. Please go back and try with smaller photo.
6. How does the system work?
System works with a simple principle. After you upload a photograph, you'll be matched randomly with other users. And you will start get rates from all visitors.
You can get rates with a partner as well. There are two options for selecting a partner.
Either you can upload a photo of your partner. Then you will always be matched with your partner and get rates.
Or after you are matched randomly with another user, you can select that user as a permanent partner. You will be matched with that user and get rates till you cancel this option in your settings page.
You can cancel this option at any time in your settings page.
7. How can I communicate people who I am matched?
Photo Match has a private messaging system. Users can communicate each other by using this system. The only rule is you can only send message to users who you have rates. Users cannot send other people by using usernames etc.
8. How can I stop receiving messages from someone I don't like?
You can go send message page, there is a button like 'Ignore this user', click that button, that person cannot send you message anymore.
9. Can I use same email address for an another account?
Photo Match does not control email addresses. So you can use the same email address for an another account.
10. I lost my password. How can I recover?
If you provided us a valid email address, all you have to do is click forgot password link, then enter your username. You can see that forgot password link in login sections.
11. I see a warning message at the homepage Photo Match that tells me there is a database issue. What can I do?
